Once an order has been successfully placed and processed through our website, we do not allow any cancellations, returns, or refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the product, change of mind, or delay in delivery.

However, in the rare event that:

• You receive a product that is damaged in transit, or
• You receive an incorrect product (different from what you ordered),

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product at care@skydealshoppee.com with the following details:

• Your Order ID
• Clear images of the item received
• A brief description of the issue

We will investigate the issue and offer a suitable resolution at our sole discretion, which may include a replacement (if applicable and in stock). No monetary refunds will be issued in any case.

Damaged products will be replaced and delivered within 5 to 7 working days.

Skydealshoppee.com reserves the right to reject claims made after 24 hours of delivery or if sufficient proof is not provided.
